COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR RAW MEAT

PRIME RIB ROAST

An hour before cooking, remove the roast from the refrigerator to allow it to come to room temperature.


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Season liberally all over meat with kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic 


Cook for 30 minutes


Reduce the heat to 350 degrees F and cook until the meat is medium rare (an internal temperature of 135 degrees F), about 15 minutes per pound, basting the roast every 30 minutes until it is done. Keep in mind that the roast will continue to cook while resting.


Remove the roast from the oven and put it on a cutting board to rest, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

 

Slice the prime rib to the desired thickness.

LONDON BROIL

Broil on high: Preheat the broiler to high heat. Broil for 5-6 minutes and then flip to the other side and broil for 3-4 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees Fahrenheit for medium rare.

 

Rest before slicing: Let the steak rest for 5 minutes and slice against the grain.

FLAT IRON STEAK

Preheat the broiler or grill on high
Season to taste

 

Lower temperature to 400 degrees and cook for 5-7 min and then flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare
 

Let rest for 5 minutes and slice across the grain

MEATLOAF

Preheat oven to 375 degrees, cook for approximately 35 minutes per pound until an internal temperature of 160 degrees is reached

MEAT BALLS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees, cook for approximately 30 minutes until an internal temperature of 160 degrees is reached

FILET MIGNON ROAST

An hour before cooking, remove the roast from the refrigerator to allow it to come to room temperature.


Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
 

Season liberally with coarse salt and pepper
 

Cook for 30 minutes AT 400 DEGREES
 

Reduce the heat to 350 degrees F and cook until the meat is medium rare (an internal temperature of 135 degrees F), about 15 minutes per pound, basting the roast every 30 minutes until it is done.

 

Keep in mind that the roast will continue to cook while resting.

FLANK STEAK

Preheat the broiler or grill on high
 

Season to taste
 

Lower temperature to 400 degrees and cook for 5-7 min and then flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare


Let rest for 5 minutes and slice across the grain

EYE ROUND ROAST

An hour before cooking, remove the roast from the refrigerator to allow it to come to room temperature.

 

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.


Season liberally with coarse salt and pepper


Cook for 30 minutes AT 400 DEGREES

Reduce the heat to 350 degrees F and cook until the meat is medium rare (an internal temperature of 130 degrees F), about 15
minutes per pound, basting the roast every 30 minutes until it is done. Keep in mind that the roast will continue to cook while
resting.


Remove the roast from the oven and put it on a cutting board to rest, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Slice to the desired thickness.

PORK ROAST

Take your pork roast out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes


Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 


Season the roast with salt pepper and garlic

 

Cook at 25 minutes per pound or an internal temperature of 150 degrees


Let rest for 5 minutes, and slice to your desired thickness

PORK TENDERLOIN ROAST

Take your pork roast out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.


Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit 

 

Season the roast with salt pepper and garlic

Cook for 25 minutes or an internal temperature of 150 degrees

 

Let rest for 5 minutes

 

Slice to your desired thickness

RACK OF LAMB

Preheat oven to 450 degrees


Cook for 14-18 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 145 degrees is reached

Let rest for 5 minutes

slice each chop between the bones

TURKEY LONDON BROIL

Place broiler to medium heat approx. 400 degrees


Broil for five minutes then flip over and brown the other side for 5 min


Turn off the broiler and set the oven to 375°F. Roast the turkey in the oven for 35- 40 min or an internal temperature is reached of 165 degrees.


Let rest for 5 min and slice against the grain
